CASH FUNNY - This is an amazing project I started with Mike Merenda. The concept is basically America's Funniest Home Videos, put into an internet arena. He is a mastermind with film editing, I am great with Search Engine Optimization and a general understanding of the internet, and we are both pretty good at marketing. We recently took on a third partner, Mike Bishop to help us with totally revamping the website to have all of the functions and features we ever dreamed of. Keep an eye on this one.
The Hermann London Group - This is the real estate company I am working with now. We will list your house on the realtors MLS and put signs in your yard for you. We have an uncanny knack for succesfully marketing and selling property in record time. If you like, I will help handle the buyers and make sure the process of buying or selling your home runs smoothly.
COLLEGE HOODIES - This was my first real professional e-commerce website. I could write a book about this one, but basically we sell hooded collegiate sweatshirts. Along the way we found great deals on some coats and t-shirts too, so we added them to the site. Get your College Team Sweatshirt for half the price of the book store, at the same high quality. If you have any sweatshirt connections, let me know. I am always looking for more inventory.
MYNickelPixels - If you were anywhere near the internet in 2005 you heard about the million dollar homepage. Tyler Shearburn and I thought this was a fantastic concept and so we made our own version. We had a million other projects going on at the time, like always, and so this website was created and has since sat there. I have about 100 ideas on how to slightly alter the site and make it into an amazing concept, if you want to get involved email me. We can make this one a big deal.
St. Louis Rentals - With all of my involvement in St. Louis real estate I meet a lot of people and hear about so many different niche markets that are successful, and others that need improvement. The St. Louis rental market needs work, and here is my plan. Check it out, if you are a landlord, you will be amazed how fast I get a qualified renter into your place.
FOURTHDOOR promotions - This is the best promotions company in St. Louis. We help bar owners and club promoters bring people to their events. Occasionaly we host our own events as well, which are always mind blowingly outrageous. When the party is going to be really huge, and really amazing we work with a PR company called C-Ya, they have the ability to spread the word like none other.
Wizah Solar Industries - I am working with a company in China called KingShip Solar to bring Solar Powered Water heaters to America. This was a big industry in the 70's, but with all this global warming and hybrid cars and Al Gore making movies, I think it is time we re-embrace the concept and start saving some electricity. Auto Translation Software - Why am I putting this one on here, it is a billion dollar idea and I am going to give it away? No, I am going to share it with someone who wants to take the initiative and share the profit. My Treo does everything I could ever want it to do, but clean up after my roomates dog. The only other thing I want it to do, is translate foreign languages. I am going to Brazil and I want to be able to speak english into my phone, and have it show on the screen what I am saying in Portugeuse. Then I can show that to the waitress and she will bring me the rice and beans I am hungry for.
Frat House Rehab - I have been looking for the perfect rehab project to get into for years. I know I wanted to tackle some level of home fixing, but I was always trying to figure out on what level of deferred maintenance and deterioration I wanted to purchase in. I knew I could buy one, slap up some paint and new carpet and flip it, or buy a totally nasty one and gut it and start basically from the begining. I was in Columbia on other business recently and I found the perfect house. An old Frat house. My fraternity needs a house and this one is perfect. Sold My FSBO - This whole Flat Fee MLS listing thing is really catching on. They used to be less than 1 percent of the total listings on the market, but now its closer to 4 percent. I am making a website that will help describe to a For Sale By owner person what a Flat Fee MLS is, and how it can benefit them. The site is meant to be mainly informational to St. Louis, or anyone in the USA really to find out more information about this new system that is changing the real estate market forever.
