The pricing structure of an alliance like this is not easy. We want to give each party the best value. We dont want to overcharge anyone, or undercharge anyone. We are rolling out this pricing structure in an effort to have your "input" into our alliance be less than a third of your "output" in terms of closed business.

Lender: $500.00 a month per Zip Code.

Title: $300.00 a month per Zip Code

Inspector: $200.00 a month per Zip Code

One Time charge: There is a one time set-up administration fee equivalent to one month fee due for each new member to the alliance.
