Update 2/15/07: Since Wizah began Adam Kruse has been getting a lot of praise for the concept and the presentation of Wizah. So far the most surprisingly successful part of the Wizah System has been the referrals. Adam Kruse has connected people for Insurance, St. Louis Missouri real estate, Fire Protection Engineering, ski rentals and yes, even fly fishing.


Update 4/12/07: Well, Wizah is growing! While I have been focusing most of my time on St. Louis Real Estate and For Sale by Owner Flat Fee MLS , I spend an hour or so each morning updating and making changes to the site, and responding to Wizah related emails. I have been happy to hear from people with new business ideas, interesting questions and comments, requests to be added to the site, and much more. During the day I have been helping a lot of for sale by owners sell their houses, and helping a bunch of people find rentals. I love being able to help these people rent or buy a place, because my services to them are free and that helps keep them happy. I like to be upfront about payment, the sellers and landlords are the ones who pay me, the idea is, better to have a renter or buyer today, then wait a few months till they find one themselves. St. Louis Association of Realtors probably loves us because we bring them so much business. I have also added a new page to Wizah talking about the St. Louis Real Estate buy-vs-rent argument.


Update 6/10/07: The past 2 months have been busy for me, Adam Kruse, and for Wizah. The St. Louis Missouri Real Estate market is booming, we have been helping people buy and for sale by owner's sell their homes like crazy, I just had 3 agents join our team, and I hired an assistant (Hi Jenny) . The Wizah community is growing as well, I may add a mortgage person to the network soon, but with so many competing for the spot, it is a tough decision. The website for St. Louis Photographer, Nottingham Photography has been live for about a month now, and is doing great, I am very excited to see our advertising methods are working, and working well. The guys at STLdrinkSPECIALS.com contacted me and we had a few beers (good prices) and talked about how to grow their business, I hope they are very successful, I love drink specials!


Update 9/11/07: Wow, I cant believe it has been 3 months since my last update. Wizah has steadily been getting a good amount of visitors each day. I met Tyler Mahley through the Wizah Network, who joined my Flat Fee MLS Real Estate team. I have also been talking with a new connection in relation to my Solar Industries pursuits. Jerry is from Arizona, and has a lot of exciting insights. As far as the Flat Fee MLS Real Estate company, business is booming! We added a new office in Chesterfield and close to 20 new listings this month. I will be updating the services offered, and putting more contact information for interested members of my St. Louis network. The 5100's band is really doing great, they have had more than a handful of concerts and have built a very respectable following. Check them out on myspace.

Update 1/23/08: I have added a new resource to the site, St. Louis Real Estate Resources. Things are progressing forward with College Hoodies, I'm back in business with ebay, the Express Showing Team is producing incredible results, my real estate investor and similar networking events are exposing me to a lot of new people and ideas. The Wizah Network is expanding, and my services offered list will be getting updated soon. Have you heard my radio ad?

Update 6/19/08: I actually just turned this into the blog real estate section a few days ago, up until now it was the updates section on the main page. There is a very cool feature of the MLS I found today, which is just one more great testament for For Sale By Owners of why they should get on the MLS via a flat fee listing. Let me start from the begging. Take a hypothetical realtor Johnny Remax, and his best friend Billy calls him for help to buy a house. Johnny Remax will enter Billy's search criteria into what’s called the Auto-Prospecting feature, and save the search. Every time a property in Billy's criteria, location, price range, etc, comes on the market, he will be immediately e-mailed photos and info of the new listing. When you, the Home Seller list your house on the MLS through Wizah, for $50.00 you can get a list of all of the realtor's email addresses that have a client with a saved search which has criteria matching to the specs of your home. You can take this opportunity to ask the realtors to give your home a second look, and make your house stand out from the crowd.
