I have long been fascinated by real estate, and I knew I could make a lot of money investing in real estate. I went to school to become an accountant, and after I graduated I worked for a major accounting firm. But I’m not an accountant; I’m an entrepreneur. A career in real estate was my calling, not accounting. While working as an accountant, I built a real estate industry which has become Hermann London. I met bankers and realtors, and I began scouting properties. I also took the classes to become a professional realtor, and after that I knew what I had to do: quit accounting and become a professional realtor.
Now I live and breathe real estate. I help my friends and family move into new homes, and I have invested in a broad portfolio of properties. Now I have become a part of selling Flat Fee MLS listings.
With my entrepreneurial spirit, I have founded many companies. While building one of my start up companies, College Hoodies, I became an expert in Search Engine Optimization. This is quite a complex skill, but I have now mastered how to get people to view my pages and how to give them the information they need. Without these skills, having a webpage is like having a garage sale with the garage door closed.
Now I stay involved with selling real estate, managing a sweatshirt business, helping people to build their own websites (like Watercolor House Portraits ), and selling people’s goods on ebay.
Although I’m busy already, I have more projects in the works. I am an entrepreneur, and new ideas constantly come to me. For instance, with a professional photographer and film editor friend, Mike Merenda, I own a site where people submit their funny videos to a contest. We also make our own videos and submit them.
