I am a Real Estate agent in St. Louis Missouri. I have found I dont fit the typical realtor mold, instead I provide Flat Fee MLS Listings in the For Sale By Owner industry. Providing many other services and owning a handful of businesses. Like the title says, I have many projects. One of my other activities is managing the e-commerce and search engine optimization of websites from my office in St. Louis Missouri. Through my work as a Fixed Rate listing Realtor here in Missouri I am now promotive Flat Fee MLS nationally. Wizah recently announced it will offer FSBO's, builders, bankers, rehabbers, and investors Flat Fee MLS services nationwide.

Services - A list and descriptions of the different things Wizah can do to help you out. You will notice I like to be involved with a lot of things, and that has made me able to provide a wide array of services. Most of the services are based in St. Louis Missouri, but I can get things done elsewhere too.
Shops - When shopping for a gift the internet provides one main problem - too many choices. The Wizah shop has narrowed it down to only the best item in each category. When giving a gift to a boyfriend, brother, uncle, dad, son, friend, co-worker, etc you may want to give a sweatshirt, we sell 1 sweatshirt, the best one. The same with electronics, tools, sporting equipment, music, and so on.
